Dear Sir/Madam,
We are pleased to inform you that the Jaipur Kurti Manufacturer Association (JKMA) is organizing the 5th Kurti Fair – Festival Edition 2025 on 21-22 July 2025 at Rajasthan International Center, Jhalana Dungri, Jaipur.

Participation Guidelines:
• Participation is strictly open to JKMA members only.
• Only shell scheme stalls will be provided.
• No bare space will be permitted.
• Additional decoration can be done as per terms and conditions of Rajasthan International Centre by registered vendors. Details of Vendors will be provided on request.
• Note: Once allotted, no cancellation will be accepted. Refund is not possible; Transfer is possible to another firm once the manufacturer becomes member of the association.
• Only one stall per section is allowed per member.

Stall Booking & Payment Terms:
• Booking will be accepted by this application form only if payment is received.
• No offline applications will be accepted.
• Bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stall size availability.
• Booking is confirmed only upon receiving 100% advance payment (current dated cheque/DD/RTGS/NEFT).

• The Draw of Lots for Stall Allotment is proposed around 10th July 2025. Final date, venue, and time will be announced separately.

Important Note on Copyright:
Exhibitors must not play or share music/sound recordings publicly without appropriate licenses, as it is a violation of the Copyright Act, 1957. JKMA shall not be liable for any legal action, penalties, or fines incurred. It is the exhibitor’s sole responsibility to obtain necessary permissions.

Action Required:
Members interested in participating are requested to book their stalls online at the earliest to avoid disappointment. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation in making this fair a grand success.
